The whole policy fits on one page. The point of it is that nothing here
locks you in.
Our promises
No annual lock-in. Nothing you buy from PennyClose commits you to a year
you did not knowingly pay for.
Cancel any time, in one click. Monthly plans end from your account page
through the billing portal. No email, no call, no retention screen.
Yearly is paid upfront and labeled yearly. If a price says
"/year", you pay it once, in full, and you can see that before you pay.
We never sell "annual billed monthly". A monthly price is a monthly
commitment. There is no twelve-month contract hiding behind a monthly number.
The one-month pass never renews. $39 buys 30 days of Solo.
It ends on day 30 and charges you nothing afterwards.
14-day refund on any first charge, no questions asked. Email
ville@pennyclose.com within 14 days of your first payment on any plan and we refund it.

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; card details never touch our servers.
Prices in US dollars, excluding any tax that applies where you are.
Cancel any time
Open your account page and choose Manage billing. That opens the
Dodo Payments customer portal, where Cancel takes one click. Cancelling stops the
next charge; the period you have already paid for runs to its end and you keep access until
then. You do not need to email us, but you can.
How to request a refund
Email ville@pennyclose.com from the address on your account within 14 days of your first
charge on any plan. Say "refund" and nothing else is required. Dodo Payments returns the money to
your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your card issuer.
Outside the 14-day window, cancelling stops the next charge and the paid period
runs to its end.
What happens to remaining pages
Unused pages do not roll over from one month to the next.
If you cancel a monthly or yearly plan, your remaining pages stay available until the end
of the period you paid for.
A one-month pass keeps its full allowance for all 30 days. We never expire a purchased
pass before its 30 days are up.
If you take a refund, the plan ends at that point along with its pages.
