No page cap means your own firm's bookkeeping — fair use, not resale. The one-month option costs more than a month of Solo because nothing ever renews. Every plan, free included, gets the balance proof and the 24-hour layout promise.
Same headline price. They charge extra for the read.
Analysis (cash over the period, financing payments, overdrafts, document checks) is free in the PennyClose preview. DocuClipper lists financial analysis on Business.

No lock-in, in writing
Monthly plans cancel in one click from your account page. No email, no call.
Yearly plans are paid upfront and labeled yearly. We never sell "annual, billed monthly".
The one-month option never renews. It ends on its own.
If a statement doesn't tie, we say so on every plan, free included. We never paywall the proof.
Nothing is stored, on any plan. Statements are parsed in memory and discarded; there is no library of your clients' statements sitting on our server.
A page of the statement PDF. A typical monthly business checking statement is 4–8
pages. Re-downloading the same statement in the same month doesn't count twice, and a
statement that doesn't tie never counts at all — you only pay for what you've already
seen work.
QuickBooks Online or Desktop? Xero? Quicken?
All of them, from the same grid, at no extra charge. QuickBooks Desktop imports the
.qbo through File → Utilities → Import → Web Connect Files. Online takes the same .qbo
(or the CSV) through Transactions → Bank transactions → Upload from file. Xero takes the
Xero bank-import CSV or the OFX. Quicken takes the QFX or QIF.
Scanned statements?
A scan with a text layer reads as text. An image-only PDF is read with OCR on our own
server, and then has to tie to the printed opening and closing balance like any other
statement. If it does not tie, there is no download and nothing is charged.
Do you store my statements?
No. They are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent.
Security & privacy.
Something didn't tie?
The proof shows the first row where the chain breaks. Most of the time it's a
missing page or a scan. Email ville@pennyclose.com
and we look at it the same day.
